If you experience any discrepancies with your order including, but not limited to: fulfillment, shipping, quality, product expiration, incomplete, incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within five business days and we will discuss how best to rectify the situation. To assure that all customers receive only the highest level quality of product at all times, we do not accept returns from online orders.

Shipping Policy

The standard shipping option will ship either USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS Ground. For expedited shipping, please email us at info@creatinghealth.com or call us at 615-370-0091 for a quote based on your location and date needed.

The customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping service charges (i.e. Signature Required, COD, address corrections and/or package rerouting) at the vendor’s list rate.
